1.First of all interested FARMERS/ENTREPRENEUR have to download the NFDB APPLICATION FORM (The form link is already given in our website ) .
2.The Filled- Up Form with Detail Project Report (DPR) must have to be submitted in DISTRICT FISHERIES OFFICE .
3.The Officer posted in that DISTRICT FISHERIES OFFICE will examine the form and they carry out the verification of the documents and also visit the site for fish culture as given in the form.After that they will decide whether to approve or reject as per their verification process.
4.If DISTRICT FISHERIES OFFICE approved the project then they will forward the form to STATE FISHERIES DEPARTMENT for further process.
5.After completion of process at the STATE FISHERIES DEPARTMENT, the filled up form will then forwarded to NFDB.
6 .NFDB will further scrutinize the form details and then decide whether the assistance will be given or not.If they approve they will sanction the project and release the fund to STATE FISHERIES DEPARTMENT.
